The third and last Transnational Meeting of Erasmus+ DOMINOS project took place in Rome, hosted by Sapienza, on 3-4 October 2024. The Department of Odontostomatological and maxillofacial Sciences (head: Prof. Umberto Romeo) provided its nice premises. 

The welcome addresses to the members of the participating universities were delivered by Sapienza deputy rector, Prof. G. Ciccarone: the dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine, Prof. P. Villari, the deputy dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, Prof. L. Ottolenghi. 

Sapienza team was happy to organize a program mainly devoted to preparation of reports and to discussion, but also to cultural/scientific exchange and social activities, very appreciated by everyone. We reflected and discussed on the results and the future developments of OSCE training for healthcare students.

The Rome Transnational Meeting was an important moment to work on the reports of the Work Packages and to plan the forthcoming activities which in particular will include large open sessions of Serious Games in Pharmacy, Medicine and Dentistry. The spontaneous registration will allow interested people (students and teachers) to register as users of our dominos-moodle platform. They will be then free to self-enrol in the courses of interest. We are looking forward to it!

Looking back at the work done in the last three years, everyone agreed that the DOMINOS project offered a fantastic opportunity to work on the harmonization of healthcare students education at the European level. We made great achievements in the last three years of the project, thanks to the work of the packages leaders and all the members. With the help of everyone, including our students, we will bring this project to a successful conclusion.
