"Split initiative" is a network of 21 medical faculties from South East Europe, collaborating in the field of Family medicine education. The annual Split initiative meeting was dedicated to "Teaching practical skills" and was held in Ljubljana on March 24-25, 2023. 

DOMINOS project shared the expertise in skills training and evaluation by presenting four topics: 
1. Dominos - Digital Osce for Medical specialties – INnOvation for Students (C. Wulfman, V. Homar)
2. Training OSCEs in a digital way (C. Wulfman)
3. OSCEs in pharmacy: experience from Warsaw (L. Szeleszczuk)
4. OSCE in the pharmacy competency framework - experience from Slovenia (M. Kos)

The participants were especially interested in the e-OSCE library and Serious games that will be freely available at the end of the project.
